"When I called Carly , I was beside myself after trying to find house insurance house for two weeks within 5 min she had me relaxed and not blabbering! lol She represents State farm wonderful,she worked with me and got all the information she needed and explained everything to me so that I understood everything and believe me when I say she explained it! By the end of the conversation, I felt like I had known her for years ! She got my house insurance that I wanted, a lot cheaper than I had been paying ! State Farm definitely has a gem with Carly! "I had been shopping around for car insurance for a few weeks. My car insurance doubled with Progressive. Katelyn personally called me and asked a few questions and got me a quote within minutes! After multiple quotes from other companies that I had reached out to, I decided to go with her insurance firm as it was the cheapest and kept my insurance the same! Not only that, she took the time out to answer all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and just an absolute pleasure working with her on this. "I came to Katelyn through my brother because she helped him with his insurance. I was thinking about getting a car when I came to her and she was very kind and understood and explain everything very well ( it was going to be my first car) I decided not to get the car and keep looking. Months later I called her again and she remembered me and was able to assist me in insuring my car! "Basically I never spoke with Zach even though I asked for and was promised calls from him. Zero phone calls. Zach never made any efforts to intervene when conflicts arose with central office. I left multiple messages over the last month and never got calls back from the office. I called numerous times over a few months and never got someone on the line. I have been so mad that I cancelled my policies by calling the State Farm 800 customer and they attempted to forward me to Zach's office and they couldn't get a reply either and so they cancelled for me. I did get great help with an assistant?, Kirsten, in his office."
